Convert Excel to PDF

Turn a spreadsheet (.xlsx) into a PDF — free, and everything happens in your browser.

Each sheet becomes one or more landscape pages, laid out as a grid. Wide sheets automatically shrink their text to keep every column visible rather than cutting columns off, and very tall sheets flow onto additional pages.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if my spreadsheet has too many columns to fit on a page?

The text automatically shrinks to fit as many columns as possible on a landscape page. Extremely wide sheets will use a smaller font size to keep everything visible.

Are all sheets in my workbook converted?

Yes — each sheet in your workbook becomes its own section of pages in the resulting PDF, in the same order they appear in the file.

Are formulas converted to their values?

Yes — the PDF shows each cell's calculated value (whatever was last saved in the file), not the formula itself.

Is my spreadsheet uploaded to a server?

No. The conversion happens entirely in your browser — nothing is sent anywhere.

Is it free, with no limits?

Yes. No account, no watermark, and no limit on how many spreadsheets you can convert.
