Is my board uploaded anywhere?
No. Your columns, cards and notes are saved in your browser on this device only. Use Save to file to keep a backup or move the board to another device.
How do I move a card to another column?
Press and drag the card to the column you want, then let go. You can also drop it between two cards to put it in a precise position. It works with a finger on a phone or tablet too.
What is the difference between the board and the sticky notes?
The kanban board organises tasks in columns such as To do, Doing and Done. Sticky notes are free colourful notes you can place anywhere on a large canvas, resize and recolour.
Can I rename the columns?
Yes. Click a column title and type. You can add as many columns as you need and delete the ones you do not.
How do I export it?
Choose Download PNG for a picture or Download PDF for a document. The export follows the view you are looking at, either the board or the notes.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. Cards, notes and column titles accept Arabic and switch to right-to-left automatically.
Can I share the board with my team?
Not live. Save the board to a file and send it. The other person opens it with Open file. Nothing is stored on a server.
